Cast in brass heater or cast in bronze heater is high efficiency heating band, which using high quality heating tube as heating elements, insulated by high quality brass or bronze alloy. Cast in brass heater or cast in bronze heater has high power density, maximum could be 6w/sq cm, and working temperature could be 650-700 deg C. Besides high heating efficiency, the service time of brass or bronze heater is very long, much longer than other types of band heaters. |
